The general store was only open for a few hours and the game room was not open at all during our entire visit.
The premier campground at The Ranch. The 'General Store & laundry / game room never opened. The 50 amp FHU sites in the Stagecoach Hill section were first come, first serve even though we had to pay in advance.
Bottom line: Very interesting museum and tour - but I will never camp there again.
You'd likely stay in this particular area if you were visiting as part of an animal/horse-related event or a motocross event. This is a cool place but please people, get some bandwidth.
Guests in the park get no discount to any of the attractions.I am so disappointed in this campground. interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance...
I did not like the shower/commode area and do not think I'd make regular use of it.
Restrooms
All paved pull-through sites are 50 amp ONLY. Caution: Follow directions, not GPS
Walking trails through the scenic hills are located behind the cabins that lead to the lower campground. The lower campground is the epicenter of activities. Loretta should be sad something like this is attached to her name.Steer clear of this park.
Dead bugs in the shower stalls. There are also cute cabins for those without RVs. ft. pavilion, in ground pool, playground, 30 amp water/electric camping spots, a bath house, and Hurricane Creek to occupy you, there will never be a short of things to do. The cabins have a personal bathroom and shower, kitchette, coffee pot, microwave, living room area, back porch, satellite tv, and wifi. When checking in was told which of the sites they thought were level and easily accessible. It quickly became apparent that RV facilities were not high on the list.
This was not mentioned at time of reservation. Roads are horrible. This cabin is a perfect fit for a group of friends too. FEATURED LOCATION
Not at all up to the Good Sam’s Club standards that I have come to trust in when picking a Park. So disappointed. The sites were plenty long but not all level. CAMPGROUND ARTICLES

Sleeps 4.The open floor plan of the bunkhouse adds something special to this family oriented cabin. Open All Year
There's another general store across the street from the campground with supplies and food, and we bought things there several times.
This is the perfect cabin for anyone wanting to have some privacy away from the main campground. We took home a few souvenirs and sauces and have enjoyed them since. Sleeps 8. The roads into and out of the park were very narrow as well with tight turns and lots of large trees too close to the road. Perfect for family get-togethers or large groups. We were in a 44 ft. 5th wheel had a paved site and had no problem getting in site and plenty long. I don't know how long ago these high ratings were done, but I would not recommend anyone to stay there in the rv part of the park!
If you, like me, put a lot of trust in the Good Sam’s Club recommendation, don’t stay here unless you want a state park feel. The laundry room was open and is in the same large area as the game room. This campground, which sits on one of many beautiful hills of The Ranch, has 55 Full service 50amp pull through spots.
