Villa Sesmarias with private pool, wifi, pool table, air conditioning and sea views Absolutely spotless and everything you could possibly need was there.The location is perfect, close to Six of us stayed here for 2 weeks in August Very well laid out with plenty of space, facilities & comfort.
We should also say Amarante provided great services allowing us to use their retail space to store our cases on the day of departure as not flying until late.
I would definitely go back. Everything very neat, cozy and well maintained. Having many bars and restaurants so close to the villa, but the secluded tranquil location made this idea.

The patio door open out to the gated terrace overlooking the pool, with sofas, to sit an enjoy the sunset drinks or just watch the children play in the pool. The Villa is perfect. The villa was used by a local builder called George De Lagos, as a show villa to promote his building services, where he ended up building over 100 villa in and around Carvoeiro.Location and relaxation is what we want you to enjoy. The Villa benefits from a pool with steps (not ladder) a shallow end of 0.9m and a separate attached toddler pool. The master 1 and master 2 can have an additional cot provided.
The bathrooms and bedrooms are well maintained. The swimming pool is not heated, but the children enjoyed swimming every day during the May holidays (20 to 23 degrees).Villa is very complete and very nicely finished. The living room, is open plan next to the kitchen that has everything for entertainment. David Reid moved to Carvoeiro on the Algarve in 2004, after he was released from prison for sexually abusing young girls. It also has a bar with fully pumped draft beer, if required. There are plenty of taxis in the square in Carvoeiro, so if you wanted a stroll into the village, enjoy the fun in the square with live music and entertainment, and get a taxi home, great end to the evening.All the bathrooms are en-suite and fully fitted with under floor heating, shower, toilet and sink.The bedrooms all have en-suite facilities. More than enough to do locally without a car, but only 5 mins into the main town in a taxi.

Having thought of most items that everyone would want, we have added 2 bikes, for the adventurous one to explore the coast.
Or just use the bikes for a gentle cycle to the village. WiFi and parking are free, and this villa also features an outdoor pool. Restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance.We have just arrived home after 10 days at Villa Sesmarias, this is an amazing villa which catered for everything, the pool was great and was a bonus as the weather was very hot. (Children must always be supervised)

We had a rent-a-car and it was easy to take trips to beautiful beaches and villages. A nice extra is the pool table.A very beautiful and luxurious villa in a nice quiet place.
