I had high FSH - 12 then 8, recently 14 and 11. I was just chatting w/ some of u on wte fertility group. I am having horrible morning sickness which is reassuring, but I don't think I'll ever relax. CCRM … I was also taking coq10 and dhea on my own.I was supposed to take the acai for at least 8 weeks prior to my ivf cycle, but my 1st cycle got cancelled since I got shingles so I was able to take for another 4 weeks.However, my next cycle got cancelled too because I ended up conceiving naturally for the first time in my life at age 38!I have a one year old son, but it took 4 retrievals and 5 transfers at age 36. Also dha or dhea are not good for women with pcos. I don't take DHEA because I'm afraid that it will mess me up.
