Made as a co production with the BBC and Polish TV this was shown during the remembrance of the 100th anniversary of `the war to end all wars'. This was a reasonably realistic portrayal of British and German soldiers. 1914:- In Germany young Michael learns from his father William that events at Sarajevo could lead to full-scale war whilst in England, another teen-ager, nature-loving Tommy is also made aware of events by his father David.
